For more than three years at Empire Athletics, Megan has been passionate about helping women discover that fitness is about more than appearances—it’s about building strength, confidence, and supporting their bodies through every season of life.

Through an individualized, evidence-based approach, Megan helps women build strength, reduce pain, improve mobility, and develop confidence that extends far beyond the gym. She takes a balanced approach to health, integrating movement, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable habits to help women move well, feel strong, and thrive in every season of life.

Megan believes our bodies were designed with purpose and that our health is a gift to be cherished. Her mission is to inspire women to honor and care for their bodies by learning to work with them—not against them—pursuing strength and health in a way that is empowering, life-giving, and rooted in confidence.

Like many fitness professionals, Hannah discovered her passion for fitness when she stopped playing sports and started her own fitness journey. Her clients ranged from athletes, general population, postpartum women, elderly and anything in between. After 4 years of experience with personal training, motherhood shifted her fitness philosophy. Her pregnancy and postpartum experience not only changed the way she prioritizes fitness herself, but also encouraged a more holistic approach in her training methods.

As social media emphasizes appearances, Hannah’s focus is to guide you along your fitness journey by offering insight and accountability as she helps you to develop healthy habits and achieve a balanced lifestyle while reaching your personal wellness goals!
